I recommend using Grade 5 1/2" x 4" bolts to install the Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler part # DM12717. These would allow for the full weight capacity of the coupler to be achieved. These can be picked up at most local hardware stores. view full answer...
I would be happy to help you determine which bearing kit and bearing buddies your 2019 Jayco Jay Flight Baja 195 BH uses, but unfortunately we do not have a breakdown of components used by trailer.
To determine which bearings your trailer uses I recommend removing one of the hubs and looking for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of the bearings as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
Now to determine the correct bearing buddy for your hubs you will need to measure the... view full answer...
For your 2017 Jayco JayFlight 26 BH, I can only find limited information on tire size. From what I found, it looks like you may have 13 inch wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If this is the case, I recommend the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C Item # TA43RR. These tires are rated for speeds up to 81 mph and loads up to 1,360 lbs at 50 psi.
If your tire size is different, please let me know and I'll give you a recommendation. view full answer...
Since your axle diameter is 3 inch that would mean that your axle capacity is between 5.2k and 7k so for a replacement spindle the EZ Lube Spindle part # TRU37FR would fit and work well. This has a 5 bolt spindle though. view full answer...
For you 5,200 lbs axles you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA. This is a favorite assembly because after the initial setup, the assemblies will automatically adjust the brake shoes for the most effective braking. Dexter has a setup like this as the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6K # 23-458-459. Don't let the 6K throw you this is also the right... view full answer...
It sounds like you might be looking for a replacement Dexter 3,500 lb and if that is the case we have a few options. These options will vary based on the spring center and hub face measurements. The two options we offer which come with hub/drums and braking assemblies are the part # 35545E-ST-89 which has an 89" hub face and 74" spring center and the part # 7359765-EB which has a 95" hub face and 80" spring center. view full answer...
We have hitches that were designed to fit campers like your Jayco SLX like with the Curt # 13703 which fit the standard frame styles as long as the frame channels are between 22 and 72 inches apart measured from outside to outside. The frame of the camper should have no problem having a hitch installed but to determine if it has a weight capacity for this you'd need to contact Jayco. view full answer...
The best option from Lippert is the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack, # LC298707. But in this style of stabilizers, I prefer the Ultra-Fab products, they have the Power Twin II Electric Stabilizers with Dual Motors, use # UF39-941705 for a 30" lift and # UF39-941707 for 22". See the product pages for specs and application of which is best for your trailers frame width and spacing. The Ultra-Fab Power Twin II has dual 12V motors that function independently for quick, simple leveling.... view full answer...
What you'll want to do is get the dimension of the lock cores that you have now which means the length of the threaded section and we'll be able to pick you out the correct replacements that you can order keyed alike.
We have kits like the part # 295-000003 which measures 7/8 inch and is pretty standard but we have other lengths like 1-3/8 inch part # 295-000005 or 1-1/8 inch part # 295-000004. view full answer...
Since your flange width is 155 inch the correct slide topper length is 13-1/2 feet so you'd need the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000168109 which fits flange widths from 152" - 157". This is black in color. If you'd prefer white you'd want the # LCV000163300. view full answer...
The cover that I recommend for your 2013 Jayco Jay Flight 22FB travel trailer is the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers # AD87ZR.
The Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers # AD87ZR is the best cover we have for UV and weather protection. It features a White Olefin top panel that blocks harmful UV rays, beads water on contact and stops dirt and dust particles from caking onto the surface of your travel trailer.
The cover also features integrated straps and ropes to prevent... view full answer...
Those are some good options, and the best overall upgrade (without getting too crazy like you said!) for your Jayco with tandem 3,500 lb axles is going to be the MORryde CRE3000 with the X-factor crossmember. The Road Armor is good, but the combination of the upgraded MORryde equalizers with the crossmember will give you more added benefit.
The cushioned equalizers are going to provide you with a more comfortable ride due to their rubber construction and suspension travel, which is going... view full answer...
As long as your 5000lb axle uses 12" x 2" brakes like a typical 5200-7000lb axle then the stronger 7000lb brake assemblies will fit just fine.
They will provide stronger braking, but that is not necessarily better. If you can adjust your trailer brake controller to the point that it locks up the wheels with your current brakes, you won't see any gains with the stronger brakes.
But if you cannot lock up the wheels with your current brakes, going with the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer... view full answer...
While we don't currently offer any stainless steel stabilizer jacks we do offer the Ark Drop Down Corner RV Stabilizer Jacks - 24" Long Corner Steadies # AR34FR, which have a zinc coating to help prevent the rust and corrosion that you experience living by the ocean.
These stabilizers have a large handle to easily unlock and swivel the legs back and forth as needed. The wide square base will help spread out the weight so that the stabilizer doesn't sink into the ground as well. view full answer...
For a replacement entry door latch we have the Global LInk RV Entry Door Latch # 295-000019 which is a universal design for RVs like what you have. We do not have replacement springs though for what you have. view full answer...
I don't know what camper you have, the trailer coupler height, or the hitch height of your truck. But the Equal-i-zer shank part # EQ90-02-4900 would be a great option that would cover what you have most likely as it can do a drop of up to 6 inches and a rise of up to 10 inches. view full answer...
Since you have a Lippert 4,400 lb axle the correct replacement hub would be the part # 8-407-5UC3-EZ that you referenced.
Then for bearings you are correct you'd just need the part # L68149 and # LM67048. As far as the races go this hub uses the # LM67010 and the # L44610. The reason it may seem different is that the 4,400 lb axle is pretty rare. Other thing to consider is that races in general don't wear out and need replacement like bearings do. view full answer...
For your 2020 Jayco travel trailer's wheels with zerk fittings, I recommend the LubriMatic Wheel Bearing Grease for Disc and Drum Brake Applications # L11465 along with the grease gun # L30200. This grease is fully synthetic and is perfect for wheel components. view full answer...
I looked up the specs on the 2019 Springdale 1750RD and got the same 4,400 GVWR, but the hitch weight was different at 520 lbs. Normally the hitch weight when loaded is 10-15% of the total trailer weight, so I assume the weight you gave was the unloaded weight. Either way, I can help you get the best system for your trailer.
When choosing a weight distribution system, you want to go off of the loaded trailer tongue weight as well as any cargo weight behind the rear axle of your tow... view full answer...
